IV Women's Sailing Cup Italia

 

On the 22nd of March a really extraordinary event will take place at a nearby country, Italy and more specifically at Chivalry, Genoa. We refer to an Open Sea Sailing Race in which only women's teams are allowed to participate. It is an annual race which has been taking place since 2017 and it is organised by Blue Project, a company whose mission is to rent racing sailing boats and support the preparations for the participation in sailing races.The race will last three days, until the 24th of March.

This particular event is of special importance to the Resail team, because of the opportunity it offers us. We get to prepare a series of unique jewelry as an award to the three first winners of the race. For the occasion, we chose to create different earrings for each one of the winning teams. The golden, the silver and the copper one.

'Women's Sailing Cup Italia', is a constitution that was established by Blue Project and aims to promote solidarity, sports and sailing, particularly among women's teams. To that point it is worth mentioning that the most important of all aspects of the event, is the noble cause of gathering funds for AIRC (Italian Association in Research against Cancer).

It is a women's affair and the Resail Team participates with great enthusiasm in that beautiful sailing event.
